1. Position Description
Performs front desk/receptionist functions including routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, record keeping, and similar functions.
2. Essential Job Functions
2.1 Assist with clerical functions at service center.
2.2 Assists in scheduling service techs work activities.
2.3 Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees and others, refers when necessary to the appropriate person, official or department.
2.4 Assists with preparation of supporting documentation for service related activities.
2.5 Locates archived vehicle information on an as-needed basis.
2.6 Prepares outgoing mail and sorts and distributes incoming mail.
2.7 Assists in submitting financial information to corporate office.
2.8 Other Duties as assigned.
3. Skills and Abilities Required
3.1 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe.
3.2 Good concentration skills and capable of operating under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3.3 Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation skills.
3.4 Self-motivated individual with initiative and a strong work ethic.
4.1 Minimum of two years relevant experience working in a clerical position required.
4.2 High School diploma required.
4.3 Associate Degree in relevant area of study desired.
